Packaging as a Service (PaaS) is an IoT-based smart packaging platform technology developed to clear up deep-seated cost, quality, visibility, and reliability issues which have long existed in the food and bio-logistics sector.

Recyclable packaging

Our eco-friendly packaging materials are reusable for more than 100 times/year, fulfilling the storage criteria including shock/fall most suitable to the logistics environment and biological products of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).

Smart logistics with E-Paper Display (EPD)

Events in each logistics stage can be checked intuitively with packaging as we applied the EPD to a delivery container for the first time in Korea.

Integrated control platform

The entire cold chain logistics from shipping to collection is available as we offer visualized information on detailed delivery data(temperature, location, event, etc.) collected individually from each channel of our Cloud-based integrated control system.

Our SCN line is designed to be suitable to the cold chain logistics. It has demonstrated outstanding storage and delivery efficiency with the nesting rate (53%). It is a highly durable smart cube reusable for more than 4 years as it is made of expanded polypropylene (EPP).

Our SCC line is designed for the bio-logistics market with a target temperature of (2~8℃) and target hour (48 hours). A special refrigerant and a data logger system are included as default, so it offers visibility in logistics with our Cloud-based PaaS platform.

EPD (E-Paper Display)

EPD can be integrated with a customer’s legacy system as the paperless technology is applied to logistics packaging as a first in Korea. It also allows customer to intuitively see the information required for each logistics stage in the packaging. It supports sustainability as it is semi-permanently reusable.

BLE based data logger supports sending the information of the temperature, humidity, and location of the packaging to our application so that our customers are able to check meaningful information on the Cloud environment.

Our PaaS Cloud platform provides its own exceptional features throughout the fulfillment cycle. Since the event data collected in the cycle is integrated with our Cloud environment, it can be used in managing our customers’ resources and forecasting risk management.
